These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at gammaprotrixis.pro (the "Service") operated by gammaprotrixis Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). gammaprotrixis provides online learning revenue forecasting analytics services to educational platforms and institutions. Our services include but are not limited to predictive analytics, revenue forecasting models, learner behaviour analysis, and strategic consulting for online learning platforms.

User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of gammaprotrixis and third parties
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

Client Data and Analytics

While gammaprotrixis retains ownership of our analytical methodologies, software tools, and proprietary algorithms, clients retain ownership of their raw data. Any analytics insights, reports, or recommendations provided are licensed to the client for their internal business use.

Confidentiality

gammaprotrixis acknowledges that client data may contain confidential and proprietary information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use it solely for the purpose of providing our analytics services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Payment Terms

If you purchase services from us, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Payment terms will be specified in separate service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall gammaprotrixis Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to gammaprotrixis in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, gammaprotrixis excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate analytics and forecasting, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of predictions or forecasts. All analytics should be considered as guidance and not as definitive business advice.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless gammaprotrixis Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to request account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
